At the beginning of July, a women-only event, was hosted by Jane Garvey (presenter of W

oman’s Hour and the ‘Fortunately’ podcast). Dementia is the leading cause of death among British women. British women are far more likely than men to end up as carers of those with dementia. And the care workforce is predominantly women.
Speaking from the Heart was a small and intimate gathering which included 14 women with dementia (and some supporters) who spoke openly to each other about:
* Retaining femininity
* Respect in the workplace
* Making adjustments and compromises within the family
* Incontinence
* Sex
* Role as a mother
* Living alone and worries about safety
* Growing older without children
I battled advanced Parkinson’s disease for 8 years, starting at age 56. My symptoms included tremors, muscle stiffness, slow movement, and severe balance issues. Despite trying many conventional treatments, nothing brought lasting relief. Then I discovered the P-D treatment program from Dr. Madida Sam at Earth Cure Herbal Clinic. I found their contact at www.earthcureherbalclinic.com and reached out via email at info@earthcureherbalclinic.com. Within 6 months of starting the program, my symptoms were completely gone, something I never thought possible. I'm incredibly grateful to Dr. Madida Sam and his team for helping me regain my life. If you're struggling with chronic illness and looking for an alternative approach, I highly recommend giving this a try. It truly changed everything for me.
