Life Story Network (LSN) works with a range of partners, and stakeholders, to promote the value of using life stories to empower and improve the wellbeing of often overlooked communities or people.

Belmont Village San Jose felt polished yet welcoming when we toured it. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, which we liked. Activity spaces looked engaging and well organized. It gave the impression of a community focused on both quality care and comfort.
